Crystal Snyder

Senior Partner

Since 2011, Crystal has dedicated herself to education. She spends her time working with new and existing public safety agencies to bring financial services education to their teams through seminars and training sessions. She also meets with clients one-on-one to develop comprehensive plans that help reach their financial goals for protection and distribution.

Before joining New York Life Insurance Company, Crystal worked as a Market Growth and Development Consultant for Northern and Central CA at Wells Fargo’s Private Bank. She worked closely with high net-worth, affluent clients, to create complex wealth planning strategies.

In her free time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her children Roman and Mariah, and on the weekends is typically cheering them on at one of their year-round sporting events. She also loves to cook, work in her garden, and spend time with family and friends.

Lynzie Wolters, ChFC®, RICP®

Senior Partner

Since 2012, Lynzie has followed her passion and worked closely with public safety professionals for all their financial needs. She utilizes a holistic approach to help her clients accumulate, protect and distribute their assets in accordance with their risk tolerance and goals. She strives to create a lasting relationship with each of her clients.

Lynzie graduated with a degree in Communications from UCSB in 2006. She has since earned her Chartered Financial Consultant designation (ChFC®) as well as her Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation. The Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation awarded by The American College of Financial Services qualifies her to provide comprehensive advanced financial strategies for individuals, professionals, and small business owners. According to the American College, "[a]ll ChFC® advisors are required to do the same for clients that they would do for themselves in similar circumstances, the standard of ethical behavior most beneficial for their clients." Holding an RICP® prepares you to help clients obtain a secure retirement. This designation equips advisors with the knowledge to effectively manage the transition from asset accumulation during a client’s working years to asset decumulation in retirement. RICP® enables the advisor to demonstrate tremendous value by delivering smart strategies for creating secure, sustainable income for a client's retirement.

She is married to the love of her life Tyler, and they together enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with their three dogs.

Ashley Nicole Ethridge


In 2014, Ashley joined New York Life Insurance Company immediately after graduating from Pepperdine University. Although she originally specialized in retirement plans, employee benefits and asset protection for medical professionals and business owners, she has always had clients in law enforcement due to family and friends that work in public safety.

In 2018, she has committed to the Capital Edge team in our Southern California Division and is excited and passionate to help and serve those who protect and serve our communities every day.

Ashley also speaks Spanish and Armenian.

Elinar Deghbashyan


In 2013, Elinar Deghbashyan started her career with New York Life Insurance Company directly after college. She committed to the financial services industry because of her passion to make a strong impact in people's lives and help others by ensuring that their families are always provided for and protected. In 2018, Elinar joins our Capital Edge team in the Southern California Division to fulfill her burning desire which is to make sure that her clients financial strategy works as hard as they do.

Angela Jubran


Since 2014, Angela has dedicated herself to serving and educating her community. She works with business owners and the public safety sector on financial services and literacy through educational seminars and one on one meetings. She takes a holistic approach to develop a strategy that helps her clients reach their financial goals.

Before joining New York Life Insurance Company, Angela graduated from UCLA with a degree in Sociology. From there she worked as a behavioral therapist with kids with special needs.

In her free, time Angela enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with local public safety organizations. On occasion she will put her cleats on and either coach the youth soccer team or join a pickup game near here community.

Tracy Gordon


Tracy joined our team in April of 2016 focusing on public safety agencies conducting seminars along with one on one client meetings in helping them achieve their financial and retirement goals.

Prior to joining New York Life in 2015, she worked in the Pharmaceutical industry for 17 years. She was responsible for the over all clinical trial program, budgets/financials and supervised a team to provide clean and accurate data for the trials being preformed.

In her spare time she prefers spending time with her husband and 2 adult children. They enjoy camping, working in the yard, wine tasting and spending weekends with family and friends.

Jayvelle Thompson

Director of Agency Development

Jayvelle joined our team in 2014. She has over 10 years in Business Development. Before joining New York Life, Jayvelle was a Business Consultant for Citibank and transitioned to Business Merchant Services which she managed 2 large Counties in Northern California. She had an opportunity to expand her growth as a Regional Manager working closely with high-net worth clients in Franchise Restaurants and Commercial Property Management Companies.

Jayvelle is in charge of Agency Development where she builds and manages relationships with agencies in Northern and Southern California. With her personality and passion, this role compliments her talent.

In her free time, Jayvelle enjoys spending time with her daughter Sienna. They both love to workout at her home gym, road trips and dining out at small family owned restaurants.

She also loves shopping, wine tasting and spending time with family and friends.

Gina Shoro

Director of Client Services & Administration

Gina Shoro joined Capital Edge Insurance & Financial Services in 2014. She is in charge of client services and administration; including managing scheduling, underwriting, and service processes. Gina is the primary point of contact for Capital Edge clients regarding all administrative and operational needs. She joined the team with a background in Human Resources and Benefits Administration with the State of California. Gina and her husband reside in Lincoln with their three kids. She is very actively involved in youth sports within the community including football, baseball, soccer, and wrestling.

Staci Dunkinson

New Accounts Manager

Staci joined our team in October of 2017. She has over 25 years of office administration experience in various areas including insurance. She provides administrative support for all new business and well as facilitates rollover/transfer requests. Prior to joining Capital Edge Financial, she worked in IT as an ISTQB certified tester for Vision Service Plan for 13 years.

Staci and her husband have been married for 20 years and currently reside in Lincoln with their three sons, Chase, Max and Rusty. Her spare time is spent supporting their passion for youth sports. She also loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Stephany Yu

Operations Manager

In 2016, Stephany joined New York Life Insurance Company as a Recruiting Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. In these roles, she has proven her abilities to provide topnotch client services and administrative management. She continued to to develop and grow within the company and became an Executive Assistant and has currently transitioned to managing four financial professionals. In 2018, Stephany has taken on the role of Operations Manager for the Capital Edge team in the Southern California division.

Stephany is currently pursing a degree in Communications. In her free time she loves attending local concerts and spending time with her English Bulldog "Buddah".
