Crystal Snyder

Senior Partner

Since 2011, Crystal has dedicated herself to education. She spends her time working with new and existing public safety agencies to bring financial services education to their teams through seminars and training sessions. She also meets with clients one-on-one to develop comprehensive plans that help reach their financial goals for protection and distribution.

Before joining New York Life Insurance Company, Crystal worked as a Market Growth and Development Consultant for Northern and Central CA at Wells Fargo’s Private Bank. She worked closely with high net-worth, affluent clients, to create complex wealth planning strategies.

In her free time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her children Roman and Mariah, and on the weekends is typically cheering them on at one of their year-round sporting events. She also loves to cook, work in her garden, and spend time with family and friends.

Lynzie Wolters, ChFC®

Senior Partner

Since 2012, Lynzie has followed her passion and worked closely with public safety professionals for all their financial needs. She utilizes a holistic approach to help her clients accumulate, protect and distribute their assets in accordance with their risk tolerance and goals. She strives to create a lasting relationship with each of her clients.

Lynzie graduated with a degree in Communications from UCSB in 2006. She is married to Tyler, who is in law enforcement, and enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with their three dogs.

Jayvelle Thompson

Director of Agency Development

Jayvelle joined our team in 2014. She has over 10 years in Business Development. Before joining New York Life, Jayvelle was a Business Consultant for Citibank and transitioned to Business Merchant Services which she managed 2 large Counties in Northern California. She had an opportunity to expand her growth as a Regional Manager working closely with high-net worth clients in Franchise Restaurants and Commercial Property Management Companies.

Jayvelle is in charge of Agency Development where she builds and manages relationships with agencies in Northern and Southern California. With her personality and passion, this role compliments her talent.

In her free time, Jayvelle enjoys spending time with her daughter Sienna. They both love to workout at her home gym, road trips and dining out at small family owned restaurants.

She also loves shopping, wine tasting and spending time with family and friends.

Gina Shoro

Director of Client Services & Administration

Gina Shoro joined Capital Edge Insurance & Financial Services in 2014. She is in charge of client services and administration; including managing scheduling, underwriting, and service processes. Gina is the primary point of contact for Capital Edge clients regarding all administrative and operational needs. She joined the team with a background in Human Resources and Benefits Administration with the State of California. Gina and her husband reside in Lincoln with their three kids. She is very actively involved in youth sports within the community including football, baseball, soccer, and wrestling.

Staci Dunkinson

New Accounts Manager

Staci joined our team in October of 2017. She has over 25 years of office administration experience in various areas including insurance. She provides administrative support for all new business and well as facilitates rollover/transfer requests. Prior to joining Capital Edge Financial, she worked in IT as an ISTQB certified tester for Vision Service Plan for 13 years.

Staci and her husband have been married for 20 years and currently reside in Lincoln with their three sons, Chase, Max and Rusty. Her spare time is spent supporting their passion for youth sports. She also loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
